As Bulgaria adopts the euro as its official currency on January 1, 2026, we would like to inform you about important updates coming to PIS API Live version 2.1.0:
  • Discontinuation of BGN payment products
The products Domestic-credit-transfers-bgn and Domestic-budget-transfers-bgn will be retired, as payments in BGN will no longer be supported.

We inform you that starting from 30.04.2025, only the following API versions will be available for work:

API PIS
Product 2.0.0 
PIS API Live 2.1.0 

API AIS
Product 1.0.0: 
AIS API Live 1.2.0

From 07/01/2025, in API PIS version 2.1.0. are available new types of payment services: periodic payments and bulk payments.

From 19/11/2024, with API PIS version 2.1.0. there are new types of payments: instant payment in BGN (BLINK) and payment with future date.
In this version, there is a possibility of authorization of one payment by several users - Multilevel SCA.
